  • Different Outfits (Not on reference sheet) - Please ask!

  • Note: Complicated designs may have an increase in price which we can discuss about

  • Chibi (Fullbody Only) - £15

  • "Fakemon"/Creatures - £20 (Price could increase from complexity - shading included)

  • Custom/Design - £40 (Starting price - shading included)

  • (This artwork is a bit outdated)

Reference Sheet Prices

  • Custom Character (Lineart, Colored + Shaded) - £42

  • With Simple Chibis (Lineart + Flat Colors Only) - £5

  • With Back View (Lineart + Flat Colors Only) (Shading can be requested but will increase prices) - £20

  • Props/Weapons - Price varies depending on what prop is requested but more likely the starting price of £2

  • Note: Prices for custom characters could increase depending on the complexity of the design (But I'm talking REALLY complex)

  • Palettes for the character are completely free

  • Any other request for the reference can be discussed!

Terms & Conditions

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL

  • Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

  • My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

  • Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

  • Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

PAYMENTS & FEES

  • All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.

  • Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.

  • There is no Non-Disclosure Agreement fee but please tell me in advance if you wish for your commission to be posted on my social media or not (exceptions being NSFW artwork due to following social media policies).

  • Complexity Fee is between £10-100) for all Commissions.

REVISIONS

  • Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.

  • Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, educational, or personal matters.I will keep you updated if delays occur.

  • You may DM me about this if I haven't updated and it's been a month.

  • If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be £10 GBP.

  • You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:

  • Promote myself and my services.

  • Post on social media and in my portfolio.

  • Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

Exceptions:

  • If an NDA was disclosed before the commission has finished

  • NSFW artwork

REFUNDS

  • I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

  • You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

  • Filing a chargeback will:

  • Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

  • Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

  • Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

  • Result in a formal complaint against you.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS

  • You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).

  • Print the art for yourself.

  • Post it on Social Media with credit to me

  • You may NOT:

  • Use the artwork commercially without permission.

  • Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

  • Remove signatures/watermarks.

  • Resell or redistribute the artwork.

  • Modify the artwork without my consent.

  • Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch or commercial projects unless discussed.

BLACKLIST POLICY + FINAL AGREEMENT

  • Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

  • The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
